Your safari adventure begins! Our Serengeti African Tours guide will pick you up from your lodge in or near Arusha. During the 2.5-hour drive, you’ll enjoy scenic views of the stunning landscapes and local communities. We’ll spend the day game driving in Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and tree-climbing African pythons. At the end of the day, we’ll head to Suricata Boma Lodge for an overnight stay.
ACCOMODATION: SURICATA LODGE
You’ll start your day early and, after breakfast, we’ll drive into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact caldera in the world, home to an estimated 30,000 large mammals. The natural borders of the crater create a thriving ecosystem, where you can spot the Big Five, including the African black rhino, as well as hyenas, zebras, and elephants, among others. After a thrilling game drive, we’ll return to Arusha in the afternoon.
